The mentorguides, persuades, and encourages a individual to r severally their fullpotential in life, in a mooring in an organization or in a career.Mentors who may be immediate superiors are dish upful in careerontogenesiss of the individual, and in some cases guidance is providedby executives or managers high up in the organization. The higherlevel superiors guide, advise, and encourage employees of a lesserrank in these situations.On the some other hand busing is more specific for teaching of skills tothe omnibusee or trainee. It is a transfer of skills and a one on onedevelopment of the trainees own knowledge and thought proces s. Italso emphasizes the development of individual and police squad skills, and clears a supportive environment which encourages and motivates thecoachee. Coaching is on a ain level and illustrates persistentlyuntil success is achieved. The coach would stay connected to their teachings of theindividual or team, and the individual or team would stay committed tolearn from the coaches teachings.- Mutual respect is integral to the success of a coach as both partiesneed to respect each other to be successful in performance. Iftheres no respect, the coach will be ne gative towards the coachee,and the coachee will not want to listen to the coach so both partieswill be worse off. This will create a negative organizational cultureand may even result in employee dissatisfaction. - Empathy when working with groups or teams is important to ensuresuccess in coaching. People need to be able to relate to each otherand work crockedr together to build a strong and close relationship inthe organization. Knowing how the other person feels about an issuewill result in a positive outcome and can resolve issues effectively.
